Shipping
Processing your order may take anywhere from 1-2 Business Days dependining on the time of day you place your order. Orders placed Friday afternoon will be processed on Monday. An order placed using ground shipping may take 2 days to process and up to 5 days in transit (to west coast) for a total of 7 Business Days. Shipping to the Southeast and Midwest is 1 to 2 days via UPS ground. Sat. and Sunday do not count as UPS does not deliver on weekends. Sat. delivery is only available with Next Day Air for an additional charge.
We update our online inventory every night, but it is never 100% accurate. Mountain High Outfitters operates four retail stores from which we pull product for our internet sales. There is always a possibility that an item ordered on the internet gets sold in the store before we get a chance to pull it. The accuracy of our online inventory is also affected by shoplifting and clerical errors.
Mountain High Outfitters uses UPS and FedEx for all shipping. Occasionally we will offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount in the lower 48 states. The free shipping may be any trackable method of our choosing. Free shipping is not available on orders with a total weight over 15 lbs. or on oversized items such as crash pads.
Returns
Mountain High Outfitters will gladly accept returned merchandise for refund or exchange as long as it meets the following requirements:
- The return is accompanied with the original receipt.
- The return is handled within 30 days of purchase for refunds or 60 days for exchanges.
- The returned merchandise is undamaged/unworn, in original resalable condition.
- No refunds are allowed on items discounted 30% or more, exchange only.
- Merchandise that is not accompanied with an original receipt may only receive store credit at the managers discretion
NOTE: For safety reasons, we follow industry standards with respect to Climbing gear and Water filters. All sales are final. We cannot accept returns of climbing gear/protection, ropes, webbing/cord, harnesses, or water filters.
Items can be returned in person to any of our stores as well as UPS or Fed Ex. Before sending a return to Mountain High you must first obtain a Return Authorization number. A Return Authorization can be obtained by emailing orders@mountainhighoutfitters.com or calling 877-557-5322.
Warranty
Many of the products we sell come with lifetime warranties. Check the website for that brand to determine the warranty and return policy. If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased from our website or in our stores, you can either bring it into one of our stores, return it directly to the manufacturer or call for a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send it.
