Ultimate Frisbee in Alabama

Few sports offer the fun and excitement of Ultimate Frisbee. The exiting combination of running, throwing, and teamwork are what attract so many new players to the sport every year.

Whether you're playing just for fun, or playing for a competitive team, Ultimate Frisbee is a great way get outdoors, have fun, and stay in shape. For people living in or around Birmingham, Alabama, Birmingham Ultimate Disc Association (BUDA) is the local authority. They have an open summer and winter league every year. If you've missed sign up for one of the leagues, don't worry, they also have open play (pick up games) every Sunday (and Thursday when summer league isn't playing). If you're living in Huntsville, the Huntsville Ultimate Club is another Ultimate frisbee group that holds summer league and tournaments every year.
