Pros: These shoes are one of the most comfortable pairs I've ever owned! I love them for anything from walking the dog or running. They are one of the few pairs I can wear all day to teach, and come home without back/foot/knee pain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Once you've worn them a bit, just throw them in the washing machine to clean them up.

Cons: Putting them on takes some practice, but after a bit, I can get them on without hands! If you need a lot of ankle support, you won't get it here.

Pros: Avoids concussion of heel first. Make you walk so as to use side muscles of legs. Amazed how something so thin got rid of my chronic foot pain so fast. I'm not an athlete, but I use these when servicing my very steep groves. I can get a toe hold no shoe can give me. These also got rid of my knee pain and as long as they are on my chronic sciatia disappears. And walking over rough ground is like getting a foot massage..

Cons: I found that 2 sizes larger than recommended works best for me. Enough room for toe socks if I wish to wear them. I wish there were many more color options.
