Pros: No foot pain during workout
Cons: None that you don't already know about when you're buying them (ie: sore calves for awhile)
Other Thoughts: I used to be in shape and athletic. Now, not so much! I bought these after everyone in the store told me how great they are. They were right! I immediately felt a difference during my workout! I can stay on the bike longer and push harder. I don't dread the elliptical anymore! It's great! VFFs made this fat girl actually like working out! Pretty soon I won't be fat and still will rave about the VFF sprints! Get them!

Pros: I bought these shoes last year and love them... they are fun to wear, I wear them everywhere...weird at first ... but after a while you for get you have them on. Everyone ask me what is the name of my shoes... some people stare.. I dare to be me... This is a great company and they are fast.... I plan to order black ones soon... I went with a size bigger...

Pros: I bought these for my girlfriend 8 or 9 months ago and she has yet to take them off. She used to complain of back pain from carrying a 40lb+ backpack around UAB campus all day, 5 days a week, but wearing these has made a huge difference. They are so comfortable that she even exercises in them and swears they will change your life.
Cons: If the fit is not perfect, they can rub your heels.
Other Thoughts: If your feet get cold easily, consider purchasing toe socks to use in cold weather.
