Mountain High Outfitters Return Policy

Mountain High Outfitters will gladly accept returned merchandise for refund or exchange as long as it meets the following requirements:

• The return is accompanied with the original reciept
• The return is handled within 30 days of purchase
• The returned merchandise is undamaged/unworn, in orginal re-sellable condition
• Merchandise that is not accompanied with an original receipt may only receive store credit at the managers discretion

Returns by Mail

To return an item to Mountain High by mail you must first obtain a Return Authorization. A Return Authorization can be obtained by calling 205-967-7607.

Warranty

If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased from our website, you can either bring it into one of our stores or call for a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send it.
